Bruce Liang is the Founder of LIANG Commercial. As a guiding force behind the firm, Bruce's commitment to quality, professionalism, and integrity have been demonstrated throughout the organization. Bruce has been a specialist in the commercial real estate industry in Calgary for over 18 years. He has completed 80-100 commercial transactions per year.  Prior to forming Liang Commercial, Bruce was a commercial manager with Century 21 Bravo Realty. He received his undergraduate degree from Guangdong University of Technology and his master’s degree from University of Saskatchewan. Bruce has strong market knowledge/skills and has provided support and training to other commercial Realtors. Bruce specializes in all aspects of restaurant sales and leasing, business and business with property sales, and commercial sales and leasing - retail, office, industrial, and land.

Starting out as a property manager in 2009, I have worked in various areas such as residential, commercial, facility, and condominium management. My deep understanding of property management, coupled with my ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders makes me a valuable asset to clients. In addition, I owned and operated my own property management brokerage for 9 years, performing all regular duties of a property manager and leasing agent while also operating and maintaining the day-to-day activities of the brokerage. With a background in senior accounting coordination and immigration consulting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My diverse background, strong track record of success, and attention to detail make me well-equipped to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate.

Grant is an innovative business professional with an impressive portfolio of over 25 years of career achievements as a Business Development Professional that has included developing commercial projects from idea to full completion and implementation. His skills have included utilizing his extensive management, leadership and entrepreneurial experience to manage one of the largest Property Management companies in Alberta. This included a number of commercial properties, as well as mixed use developments. Familiar with working with various municipalities, Grant has consulted on Area Structure Plans and rural developments on both commercial as well as residential projects. It is only natural that he apply this experience to assisting clients who need the experience and contacts that Grant brings to the table for their own assets. Grant has won awards and accolades for his creativity through his diverse background of serving those who have engaged his expertise.
