  • Must be licensed as Commercial Realtor, and have minimum 20 years experience in real estate with at least 3 years in the commercial sector
  • Able to compete for listings - have the ability to prepare CMAs and proposals, and have excellent listing interview and presentation skills
  • Able to close business and commercial real estate deals
  • Excellent computer and research skills, and able to handle high volume of paperwork
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Aimed at growing their own team
  • Team player - willing to share opportunities with team members to achieve mutual benefits, instead of keeping better listings to themselves. Team Leader's success is relying on their team members' success
  • Second language is an asset but not required
  • Motivated, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Client-focused and exhibiting the highest professionalism and standard

  • Team Leader gets 15% of their team members’ commission that is paid to LIANG Commercial
  • All seller inquiries go to Team Leader, thus they have the direct control of how to assign listings
  • We bring in business and recruit realtors for Team Leader through our prominent marketing system. No more cold calling!
  • Full administrative and back office support, including uploading listings, preparing brochures and deal sheets, pulling titles, designing and ordering street and window signs, etc.
  • Flexible hours and vacation time
  • 100% commission of your residential sales goes to you - only splitting on commercial sales
